An Olde Tyme Country Fair is coming to Historic Lyme Village in Bellevue,
Ohio, on Saturday, May 21, 2011. Join us as we celebrate spring and the coming
of summer. There will be food and entertainment for the whole family.
During the day you can watch Pearl Groves and her 8-horse Calamity
Cowgirl Rodeo Drill Team. Marvel at Jenkins Border Collies as they demonstrate
their herding abilities with sheep and ducks. Enjoy the Mitzi and Ed Waring Dance
Company’s Rootin’, Tootin’ Country Hoedown and the Country Crossroad
Cloggers.
Stroll through the village as watch our artisans and crafters demonstrate
weaving, basket making, blacksmithing, woodworking, bead making, pottery, and
much more. Many will be selling their handiwork along with other vendors.
The Carriage House Café will be open for lunch and snacks throughout the
day. Be sure to visit the newly remolded Gift Shop and see their many new items.
The Olde Tyme Country Fair will be held from 10am to 5pm on Saturday,
